Radin d.o.o is one of the most highly positioned companies in the Republic of Croatia in the segment of the printing industry supplier and trader of chemicals. By defining the policies of the management system Radin d.o.o. is committed to the systematic and effective management of the quality of its products & services and to the responsible & effective management of environmental protection.

Our quality management system is based on the principles of focusing on meeting the requirements and customers’ expectations, on the continuous improvement of the processes and the development of partnerships with a focus on the quality and safety of all our products.

We believe that quality is the key reason for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer confidence in our company, as well as the manufacturers we represent, and is a platform for achieving sustainable growth and development. Trust based on quality, reputation and high standards that we set since the founding of the company in 1948 is the basic commitment of our company.

The quality of our products is the foundation on which we build our competitiveness. Our success depends on the satisfaction of our customers. We constantly strive to identify their needs and, without exception, deliver the required products and services in a timely manner. We are focused on achieving customer satisfaction and creating added value for their business processes through our products and services. The quality of our products is our ongoing commitment. Therefore, we maintain our quality management and environmental protection systems, established according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, in such a way as to ensure unconditional compliance of our products with applicable legal regulations and customer requirements. To this end, we are constantly working on training our employees at all levels and raising awareness of the importance of quality.

We improve all aspects of our business by setting high standards. We nurture a stimulating work environment based on trust, teamwork, with clearly defined responsibilities. During production, and with our own products and services, we try to prevent the negative impact on the environment with all our resources.

Adherence to, and implementation of all legal and other requirements relating to the entire business, as well as compliance with legal norms and ethical principles, respecting all requirements set by stakeholders is one of the foundations of our business.

Radin d.o.o. will make all management decisions on the principle of good governance, which is based on consideration of real and measurable facts and arguments, timeliness of information, involvement of all stakeholders and regular analysis of the effects of all decisions.
